Main Purpose of the Job:

To create design solutions that has a high level of impact and to choose the appropriate media and style to meet the company / client’s objectives whilst giving the organization a visual brand.

Creative

  • Meeting with Marketing team to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the job;
  • Estimating the time required to complete the work and providing quotes for clients;
  • Developing design briefs by gathering information and data through research;
  • Using innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time;
  • Working with a wide range of media, including 
  • Working on layouts and artworking pages ready for print;
  • Keeping abreast of emerging technologies in new media, particularly design programs such as InDesign, QuarkXPress, FreeHand, Illustrator, Photoshop, 3ds Max, Acrobat, Director, Dreamweaver and Flash;
  • Developing interactive design;

Accuracy

  • Proofreading of all material to produce accurate and high quality work

Conceptualizing

  • Presenting finalized ideas and concepts to clients or account managers
  • Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts;
  • Contributing ideas and design artwork to the overall brief;
  • Demonstrating illustrative skills with rough sketches;
  • Working as part of a team with printers, copywriters, photographers, stylists, illustrators, other designers, account executives, web developers and marketing specialists.
  • Interpreting the business needs and developing a concept to suit their purpose

Degree Level: Bachelor’s degree

Degree Field: Graphic design

Experience: Dependent of job level

Computer Skills: Familiarity with graphic design and publication design software

We offer in-house training to all new staff members, so no experience is required. We are looking for candidates with high energy and candidates who are hungry for success.

All our sales are done telephonically.

All leads are provided, no desk fees and no clawbacks on commission.

Once you are successful in our interview process, you will be offered a 4-week contract.

In your first week of training, you will undergo intense product training. You will receive a basic of R1000.00 for this week.

During the next 3 weeks, you will work on our uncapped commission structure.

If you are successful during these 4 weeks of training, you will be offered an 8-week contract. The earning potential is completely up to you, you decide how much you take home.

If your application is successful and you join our team, you will be given:

·         Dedicated sales coach to assist with sales.

·         Pre-contacted/pre-qualified leads (weekly).

·         Up to R70 reimbursement per day for your Gautrain costs during training.

And most importantly, you will be given an opportunity

It is up to you what you do with it. 

Working hours:

Monday to Thursday – 07h30 to 15h30 and Friday 07h30 to 14h30.

Once your probation period is completed and you’ve met the minimum requirements, you will be offered a permanent contract.
