Learnership Requirements

  • Engineering NCV Certificates with seven subjects at NQF level 4; or
  • Technical Grade 11 with subjects in Maths, Science, Language, and a related trade theory subject; or
  • relevant N6 certificate or National Technical Diploma (T, S, or N stream), directly related to the trade theory subjects.
  • valid driver’s license will be an advantage.

Learnership Agreement

Learners will be required to sign the 18.2 Learnership Agreement, which will also be registered with the Mining Qualifications Authority (MQA). This agreement ensures that both the learner and AfriSam commit to the structured training programme.
