Main Responsibilities
In this role, you will gain valuable hands-on experience and will be responsible for a variety of technical tasks, including:
- Providingย technical supportย for the daily operations of the plant.
- Analyzingย maintenance inspection feedbackย and suggesting solutions to address issues and improvements.
- Monitoring weekly plant performance and equipment breakdowns, proposingย performance improvement solutions.
- Identifyingย cost-saving opportunitiesย to preserve the maintenance budget.
- Assisting in developingย maintenance strategiesย and repair procedures.
- Conductingย root cause analysisย of equipment failures and recommending remedial actions.
- Leading and implementingย improvement projects.
- Developingย quality control plansย for equipment repairs.
