- Partial cover for:
- Registration fees
- Tuition fees (up to R40,000)
- Examination fees
- Prescribed materials (up to R5,000)
- Not covered:
- Electronic devices
- Stationery
- Outstanding study loans
- Other tuition expenses

- Quarterly mentoring
Eligibility Requirements:
- South African citizen or permanent resident/work visa holder
- Communicare tenant or from a previously marginalized community
- Reside within the Cape Metro Region
- Aged 19-50
- Completed Matric
- Studying towards an N4-N6 qualification at a public TVET College
- Proven financial need (gross household income not more than R400,000 per annum)
- Strong academic potential
- Personal qualities: enthusiastic, driven, positive attitude, good communicator, team player, available to volunteer, problem solver, creative, innovative
- Preference for students from previously disadvantaged backgrounds
- Open to students with or without disabilities

Selection Process:
