Minimum requirements:


  • Matric / Grade 12
  • Minimum 3 years’ sales & stakeholder management experience
  • Relevant advertising and/or project management qualification
  • Detail oriented and organised
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills


  • Knowledge of the Sectional Title Industry
  • Solar and fibre knowledge


Lead generation:

  • Establish and develop Managing Agent leads;
  • Establish and develop Body Corporate and Homeowner Association leads;
  • Establish and develop property developer leads;
  • Establish and develop Sectional Title service provider leads;
  • Establish and develop commercial and industrial property owner leads


  • Understand and present solutions and products to leads formulated;
  • Present solutions at Trustees / Directors meetings, if required to do so (typically after hours);
  • Manage Managing Agent relationship once lead established and developed;
  • Liaise with internal operations teams to obtain proposals;
  • Assist in developing proposals, if required.

After sales:

  • Ongoing engagement with Managing Agents, Trustees and Directors of estates where solutions have been sold and implemented

  • Must take initiative and be self-driven

  • Ability to plan and work under pressure

Remuneration & benefits:

  • R 20 000 CTC + sliding commission structure
